Samples
Every rug is made to order, so we would rather you saw the color and the border in your own light first. Email sales@poshrug.com and ask for samples. There is no charge for asking.
Returns and cancellations
Start a return or a cancellation by emailing sales@poshrug.com. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us, as we will send you return instructions. Full terms are in our refund policy.
