Shipping policy
Every Poshrug rug is made to order in the USA. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, so please allow time for your rug to be made before it ships.
Production time
Allow 3 weeks for your rug to be made. This applies to sisal and cowhide rugs alike, in every size, including custom dimensions.
Transit time
Once your rug is finished it typically arrives in 3 to 7 days. Smaller rugs ship by FedEx or UPS. Larger rugs ship by freight.
Most orders arrive about 4 weeks from the day you place them.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or outside the United States. If you are not sure whether we can reach you, email sales@poshrug.com before you order.
Freight deliveries
Larger rugs ship by freight. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window, so please give us a phone number you answer. Standard freight delivery is curbside, which means the driver brings your rug to the curb at your address and not inside your home. If you would like your rug brought inside, email sales@poshrug.com before it ships and we will tell you what is available and what it costs.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your rug as soon as it arrives. If the packaging looks damaged, note that when you sign for the delivery. If the rug itself arrives damaged, email sales@poshrug.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of both the damage and the packaging, and we will take care of it. No restocking fee applies to a damaged rug, and you will not pay to send it back.
Returns and cancellations
Returns, cancellations and restocking terms are set out in our refund policy. In short: you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of ordering, and returns after delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Because every rug is made to order, please ask us for samples before you buy.
