We take the utmost care in making sure all our products are quality checked before shipping. There are no returns for remorse purchases. If your product has defects or damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days, with proof of damage. We need pictures of the defective product.
Our manufacturers are very co operative and have very high quality standards and if a rug is defective, we will work really hard to ensure that you receive a refund or the same rug.
Why don't we offer 14/15 or 30 day return?
Most of our rugs, ship from as far as India, Egypt, Turkey, China. These rugs are manufactured, packed and shipped, duties and customs paid and all these additional costs add up to make it un viable to offer remorse returns.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Hopefully sometime in future we can offer free returns.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All of our rugs ship direct from the manufacturer; allowing us to minimize your costs by eliminating unnecessary transport, labor, and warehouse expenses. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail at which point you will have the option to cancel or wait for the back ordered item to become available. If the item(s) are available for immediate processing, the invoice amount will be charged and the order submitted.
Order Processing & Shipment:
Once the order has been submitted to our supplier, it will be processed and shipped within the time frame specified within the shipping tab of the product description. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us by the latest day your order is estimated to ship out, feel free to follow up with us by phone (855-565-4842), live chat, or via our contact form.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us and we will initiate the return process and provide instructions on the next step.
Orders may be canceled anytime before tracking information is received. If tracking information has not been sent out than the order has not been shipped out and cancellations are permitted. Orders may not be cancelled after an order has been shipped.
